For the product received thumbs up. They smell good and are a pleasure to use. Shipping however was a bit troublesome. First shipment was damaged and because of this half of my order was lost. Or so I thought after a quick chat with customer service some items where indeed lost but some were not included because of a old product line? Anyhow the missing items were resend! To my surprise the package was already open when I received it. This time everything was still there. But the error was made with packaging. The lit was sealed wrong (pasted to high on the side). So the first stacking of boxes probably causes it to open.

Tldnr:

Smells good, shipping and packaging could be better.
